555ee Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

Welcome to 555ee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 555ee ("555ee", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 555ee website at 555ee.ws and all associated services including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and any other product or service made available through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any service on 555ee.

By accessing the 555ee platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. 555ee reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 555ee only. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update that information promptly if it changes.

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number as your primary account identifier. This number will be used for account authentication and support communications.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 555ee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• 555ee reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point, including at the time of withdrawal requests. Requested documents may include a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to a dormancy review. 555ee will attempt to contact the account holder before taking any action on a dormant account.

555ee is committed to combating money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes. All transactions on the platform are monitored, and any activity that appears suspicious may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Any funds identified as proceeds of illegal activity will be confiscated and the account immediately closed.

555ee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements set out in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered. The following general bonus rules apply to all 555ee promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be used as part of any professional betting system, arbitrage strategy, or low-risk wagering technique.
• Each bonus offer is available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.

• Wagering requirements on all bonuses are calculated based on the bonus amount (not the deposit amount) unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified in each individual promotion.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid for 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified. Any winnings generated from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 555ee and constitute a material breach of these Terms. 555ee reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, to void all bets placed by that account, and to withhold any associated funds pending investigation:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players, acting as part of a syndicate, or engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on 555ee.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your 555ee account.
• Registering or operating more than one account on 555ee, whether in your own name or using a different identity, device, or payment method to circumvent account restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses.
• Exploiting any software error, pricing error, or technical vulnerability in the platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault will be voided and the account may be suspended.

555ee cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited activity is identified, 555ee may freeze account funds, share account data with relevant authorities, and pursue all available legal remedies. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activity will be permanently barred from the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555ee's total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 555ee account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 555ee shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not 555ee has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, network interruptions, technical faults, or events outside 555ee's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, content, or materials provided on the 555ee platform, including game rules, odds information, or promotional materials.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 555ee operates. In the event of any dispute between you and 555ee, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through available legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits 555ee's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
